Privacy Policy

Summary

Doxnest is built so you can create business documents without handing your payslip or invoice contents to us. In v1, field values used in the editors are processed locally for preview and PDF download.

Information you provide in tools

Names, amounts, tax IDs you choose to enter, and line items stay on your device during normal use. We do not operate a v1 API that accepts document payloads. Export/import JSON and PDF generation happen in your browser.

Local storage

Drafts, theme preference, and optional funnel prefill (for example CIS calculator → invoice) may be stored in your browser under namespaced fdk.* keys. You can clear this data from the privacy controls when available, or through your browser settings.

Logos

If you upload a logo, it is validated and resized client-side. It is not uploaded to Doxnest servers in v1.

Analytics and cookies

On marketing and informational pages (not document editors), we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate page views and general traffic patterns. Document field values are not sent to Google Analytics. Editor routes do not load third-party marketing or analytics scripts. Essential cookies or local storage may be used for theme and draft recovery.

Contact messages

If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that email. Please do not send full tax file numbers, national insurance numbers, or complete identity documents unless absolutely necessary.

Hosting and logs

Static pages and assets are served from our CDN/hosting provider, which may log IP addresses, user agents, and requested URLs for security and operations. Those logs should not contain your document form data.

Retention

Server logs are retained for a limited operational period. Data in your browser remains until you clear it or we ship a schema migration that removes obsolete keys.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you (for example in support email). Because document contents are not stored on our servers in v1, deletion is primarily under your control via browser storage.

Children

Doxnest is intended for business users and is not directed at children.

We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes to processing will be described here.
